Dr. Brenda Armstrong, MD, Durham Striders Vice President, Passes

Dr. Brenda Armstrong, MD, Durham Striders Vice President, passed away Sunday, October 7, 2018.  Known by our athletes as “Coach Doc”, she served with the Durham Striders for over 37 years in the capacity of Head Age Group Coach for 12 & Under, Head Cross Country/Indoor Track Coach and team physician.  She will be missed by everyone ever associated with the Durham Striders and those that she encountered in youth track & field.  Click here for more about Coach Doc.
